General Considerations and Scope

Nadora (Pvt) Ltd operates its online fashion store to provide customers with access to view and purchase our entire product range. These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and general business relationships between Nadora and its customers. By engaging with our platform, you agree to the terms explicitly stated herein.

Use of Nadora Online Store

  1. As a customer, you will need to register and provide accurate and complete personal information.
  2. Upon registration, a confirmation email will be sent, and you will receive a password for accessing your account. Keeping your login credentials confidential is your responsibility.
  3. Within the password-protected area, you can:
    • Access your recently ordered or completed orders.
    • Modify, administer, and save personal data.
    • Manage newsletter subscriptions.

Prices and Shipping Fees

  1. The prices for all items are displayed on our platform and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Final prices, inclusive of taxes, will be visible during checkout.
  2. Payments are accepted via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). An invoice will be issued once your order is dispatched.

Vouchers

  1. Vouchers are valid for up to 12 months from the date of issuance and cannot be extended or transferred.
  2. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Delivery

  1. Orders are typically delivered within 4-6 working days of placement. For orders with multiple items, the delivery timeframe may vary.
  2. Customers are eligible to return any item within 7 days of receipt under the following conditions:
    • Manufacturing defects or incorrect products.
    • Products returned must be inspected and approved before a refund is processed.
    • If reverse pickup fails after three attempts or one week after initiation, the refund request will be canceled.
  3. Returns will not be accepted if items are damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  4. All returned items must be securely packed in their original packaging with intact tags to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.
  5. Courier charges for non-faulty returns are the customerโ€™s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

Return Options

  1. Returns can be initiated by contacting us via the platform you used to place your order (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) or emailing us with:
    • Order number.
    • Product code.
    • Reason for return.
  2. Once approved, our courier partner will collect the product. If the item is defective or incorrect, courier fees will be waived.
  3. Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or colors of the same item.

Important Notes

  1. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed for defective, faulty, or incorrect items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  2. Products must be returned in a fully resalable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  3. Delivery charges will only be refunded if the item is incorrect, faulty, or damaged.
