Nadora (Pvt) Ltd – Returns / Refunds / Exchange Policy

At Nadora, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to make an exchange or return, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

Returns via Courier Collection or Nearest Post Office

  1. Initiating a Return/Exchange
    • Contact us via the platform you used to place the order (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp) or call us at +94777652301 with the following details:
      • Order number
      • Product code
      • Reason for the return
  2. Courier Arrangements
    • If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, no courier fee will be charged.
    • For non-faulty returns, the customer must pay a courier fee of LKR 450. You may also send the package through registered post to the following address:
      No. 68, Ihala Indibedda, Moratuwa, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
  3. Conditions for Exchanges
    • Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or colors of the same product.
  4. Inspection and Processing
    • Upon receiving the item, it will undergo a quality review.
    • The exchange request will be processed within 7 days of receiving the garment.
  5. Return Condition
    • Products must be returned within 7 days, in their original, undamaged packaging, with tags intact.

Important Notes

  1. Damaged or Faulty Items
    • Refunds or exchanges will only be provided for damaged or faulty items.
  2. Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items
    • Items purchased on sale or customized products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  3. Courier Charges
    • Courier charges will only be refunded for incorrect, faulty, or damaged items, not for items returned due to a change of mind.
  4. Resalable Condition
    • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is not returned in fully resalable condition.
  5. Policy Updates
